Mary Tsekoura-Lekkas

Administrative Assistant

Mary holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion and Design, but her lifelong passion for health and movement inspired a career transition into the wellness field. She completed her education in Personal Training and Pilates and has worked for over 20 years in the field. During her career, she pursued advanced qualifications in Clinical Pilates, specializing in Oncology Exercise and menopausal well-being.

Mary brings a caring and intuitive approach, along with years of experience in wellness and client support, to her work. Before moving to Canada, she worked at a wellness and physiotherapy clinic in Athens, where she supported administrative operations and assisted clients in their rehabilitation and exercise programs.  She believes that small, compassionate actions can make a big difference in how people feel and recover.

Through her own life experiences, she has developed a deep understanding of the challenges many women face during life transitions. and is passionate about helping them reconnect, restore, and thrive in a joyful and balanced life. 

Additionally, while in Greece, Mary volunteered and assisted in academic research exploring the connection between the neuromuscular system and the body’s core muscles, further deepening her understanding of functional movement and rehabilitation.

Outside her administrative role, Mary shares her love of Pilates,  helping others move with awareness and ease . She treasures time with her family and finds inspiration in art, the ocean, and nature, where movement, creativity, and well-being meet in harmony.
