Amélie is a compassionate pelvic health physiotherapist dedicated to providing individualized, evidence-based care in a safe and supportive environment. She strives to ensure every client feels heard, respected, and empowered, using a trauma-informed approach that prioritizes collaboration and trust.

Amélie holds a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Université de Moncton. She has experience in private practice with a focus on pelvic health, treating a wide range of conditions including urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, chronic pelvic pain, dyspareunia, endometriosis-related pain, and pre- and postnatal concerns.

She is passionate about supporting individuals across the lifespan, as well as gender-diverse clients. Amélie is committed to providing inclusive, affirming care that is tailored to each person’s unique experiences and goals.

As a lifelong learner, Amélie continually advances her knowledge in pelvic health. She has completed additional training in areas such as urinary incontinence, complex pelvic pain, pudendal neuralgia, and trauma-informed care, allowing her to provide comprehensive and up-to-date treatment.
Her approach integrates manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and education within a biopsychosocial framework. Amélie believes in building strong therapeutic relationships and empowering clients to take an active role in their rehabilitation and overall well-being.

Outside of the clinic, Amélie enjoys spending time outdoors, walking her dog Brie (named after her love of cheese), hiking, traveling with her family, staying active, and connecting with friends.
